Personal Retail Sales (PRS)
Personal Retail Sales (PRS) is Younique’s way of measuring sales in all markets, based on product prices in USD.
For example: Selling a product for $40 USD = 40 PRS. *
* Taxes, product credit, discounts, shipping fees, and any business supplies do not contribute to PRS.
Downline
Your downline includes every Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate you personally sponsor, as well as those they sponsor, up to three levels deep.
Upline
Your Sponsor (and their Sponsor, and so on and so forth) is your upline.
Independent Brand Ambassador Agreement
Legally binding document that governs the Brand Ambassadors’ relationship with Younique.
Independent Brand Affiliate Agreement
Legally binding document that governs the Brand Affiliates’ relationship with Younique.
Brand Ambassador
An independent distributor for Younique that receives up to 40% commission on sales.
Brand Ambassadors can sponsor, build a team, and earn Incentive Trips and additional rewards.
Brand Affiliate
An independent distributor for Younique that receives up to 40% commissions on sales. Brand Affiliates are unable to participate in the full Pay Plan and are not allowed to sponsor Brand Ambassadors or other Brand Affiliates, but they can still earn incentive trips and additional rewards.
Activity Rules
To remain active, a Younique Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate must achieve at least 250 PRS (Personal Retail Sales) in a rolling three-month period, excluding your enrollment month.*
* For new Brand Ambassadors, the month you purchase your YOUNIQUE Beauty Starter Kit is considered a free active month. Refer to your official Brand Ambassador Agreement for additional details.
Bonus Pool
Each month, Younique sets aside 1% of all Personal Retail Sales (PRS) into a bonus pool. Each share represents a portion of that 1%, and the more shares you earn, the larger your payout at the end of the month.
Active Brand Ambassadors at any level are eligible to earn shares of this pool.
Tiered Retail Pay
Based on total Personal Retail Sales (PRS) for the month.
20% is paid after three hours and is called Instant Retail Pay.
Any additional 5%–20% is paid after the month closes and total PRS is calculated is called Month-End Retail Pay.
Sponsoring
Inviting and mentoring new Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates.
Build
Growing, mentoring, and motivating the team you sponsor.
Sell
When a customer makes a purchase from you.
Level 1, 2, and 3
Your First Level Team includes Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates you’ve personally sponsored—or have rolled up to you if their original Sponsor became inactive.

Your Second Level Team consists of the First Level Team members of your personally sponsored Brand Ambassadors.

Your Third Level Team includes the First Level Team members of your Second Level Team.
Level 1, 2, and 3 Team Pay
Brand Ambassadors may earn 0.5%–10% in Team Pay for their First, Second, and Third Level Brand Ambassadors, depending on their team count.

• First Level: Earn up to 10%
• Second Level: Earn up to 5%
• Third Level: Earn up to 4%

Pay Level
Earn your Pay Level commission on your First, Second, and Third Levels based on a combination of your PRS, Monthly Title Sales, and Team Count.

Your Pay Level cannot exceed your
earned Title.
Team Count
The number of Qualified Brand Ambassadors/Affiliates you have in your first level. To be Qualified, they must earn 250 PRS in a single month.

You and your customers don’t contribute to your team count.
Monthly Title Sales
PRS + First Level Team Sales.
Title
Titles are earned based on a Brand Ambassador/Affiliate’s PRS and Title Sales in an individual month.
Qualified First Level Ambassadors
A title given to Brand Ambassadors sponsored by you who achieve 250 PRS in the month.
Mentor
Supporting new Brand Ambassadors on their journey with Younique, sharing tips and strategies for sales and sponsorship that have worked for you.
Younique Title Rewards
Exclusive gifts earned when you promote to an eligible title for the first time (Brand Specialist through Chief Brand Executive.
Converted to Customer
A Brand Ambassador or Brand Affiliate is converted to a customer when they do not achieve at least 250 PRS (Personal Retail Sales) in a rolling three month period, and therefore now have a customer account.
If you are converted to a customer, your former downline and customer subscriptions will roll up to your Sponsor.

How do Title Advancements work?
Titles are for both Brand Ambassadors and Brand Affiliates. Titles do not determine your team pay if you are a Brand Ambassador.
Brand Affiliates do not receive Team Pay. You advance when you meet the Personal Retail Sales (PRS) + Monthly Title Sales requirements.
Here are a few ways to help you understand Monthly Title Sales:
Your PRS + your First Level Sales = Monthly Title Sales

Your PRS: Younique sales and purchases from you and your customers.

‍Your First Level Sales: Purchases your personally sponsored Brand Ambassadors/Affiliates make, plus PRS from their customers.

‍Monthly Title Sales: PRS from your own purchases, plus PRS from purchases of your customers, as well as PRS from purchases your personally sponsored Brand Ambassadors/Affiliates make, plus PRS from their customers.

You can achieve Monthly Title Sales on your own without any First Level Sales, or through a mix of PRS and your First Level Sales.

Pay Levels 1–11: You cannot be paid at a higher Pay Level than your current Title. You must achieve higher Titles to increase your Team Pay potential.

How Team Pay works:
• Your Pay Level determines your Team Pay percentage.
• You can earn on up to three levels deep in your downline.
• You get paid on everyone in those three levels.
